Each piece is individually handmade and traditionally fired, so variations in shape, texture, clay tone, and natural dark markings are completely normal. These markings are not defects—they’re created during the firing process and are part of what makes every piece unique.
Before First Use — Curing Your Bowl:
Before using your Luna Bowl for the first time, fully submerge it in water and allow it to soak overnight. This traditional curing process helps prepare the natural clay for everyday use. After soaking, allow it to dry completely.
Care Instructions:
Because these bowls are made from natural clay, we recommend not leaving liquids, sauces, or wet foods sitting inside for extended periods of time. Once you’re finished using your bowl, empty it and wash it right away. Hand wash gently and allow it to dry completely before storing.
