Friendly reminder:

Our items are all handmade and are not all identical. This is what makes each piece authentic. 

If you are unsatisfied with an apron due to sizing, please contact us within the 7 days to process a return.

Apron must be in unused condition and buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

 

Zapotec Heritage Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for supporting our artisan families in Oaxaca. Many of our pre-order items are handmade specifically for our customers, making each purchase a special commitment.

Please review our pre-order policy before placing your order:

✨ Payment

  • Full payment is required to reserve all pre-order items.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

✨ Handmade Production

  • Pre-order items are handcrafted by our artisan partners in Oaxaca after orders are submitted or allocated.
  • Production and shipping times may vary due to the handmade nature of each piece.

✨ Cancellations

  • Once your pre-order has been submitted to our artisans or production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
  • At this stage, payments have already been made to the artisan families who begin creating or preparing your order.
  • After 4 weeks from the date your order was placed: If you choose to cancel your pre-order, you will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price. The remaining 50% is non-refundable, as it helps cover payments already made to our artisan partners, materials, and production costs.
  • Once an order has been completed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

✨ Changes

  • If your order has not yet been submitted to our artisans, we may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.

✨ Delays

  • Because every item is handmade, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, shipping, or production timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
