How to cure:
1) submerge in water to hydrate the pot. You will notice bubbling and that is a sign of pores opening allowing water to seal and remove any excess of dust or residues of the clay.
2) hand wash with soap, instead of chloride use baking soda to remove any stains from food.
3) air dry before direct fire contact.
